Cooking Instructions: Boil 10 cups of water for 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca pearls slowly into boiling water and stir lightly. Wait until tapioca pearls float to water surface. Cover the pot. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal preference). Scoop out tapioca pearls and let them rest in cold water for 20 seconds.
