Preparation Direction to make vietnamese noodle soup broth:
Empty 75g for 10 cups of soup or use partially by mixing 15g of ingredients for
2 cups of hot water.
Preparation of rice noodles with thin slices beef.
1. add 10 cups of water into the pot and heat until boiling.
2. add 1 package pho beef flavor powder into boiling water for 1 minute.
3. pour soup over noodles and beefs . Served while hot.
Suggestion :
if more tasty is needed, add fish sauce, sugar, sprinkle black pepper to enhance
aroma and garnish noodle soup with onions, lime, basil leaves, and vegetable.
