Preparation for making crispy frying seafood
- 1 packet of spices
- 500g seafood(prawn/fish fillet/squid) bite sizes.
- 7 tablespoons of water(125ml)
Method
1. Add water to spices and whisk till batter mixture is ready.
2. coat seafood with batter mixture and deep fry in pre heated oil until golden
brown.
3. serve hot
Cooking suggestion:
When using prawns, clean , peel and devein the prawns keeping the tail intact.
